Manager, Early Childhood Programs @The Morton Arboretum

View department →

Lisle, IL, US

I lead the vision, strategy, and implementation of inclusive, nature-based programs for young children and families that foster a lifelong love of trees and the natural world. I provide cross-departmental leadership for the Arboretum’s four-acre Children’s Garden, ensuring educational and site planning align with broader institutional priorities. My work centers equity, community partnership, and innovation. I develop early childhood engagement strategies, co-create resources with community organizations, and build collaborative initiatives that bring nature into more young children\'s lives. I also manage program budgets and a team of eight early childhood professionals and 200 youth and adult volunteers.
