In my role as a pharmacy technician, I count and measure medication to fulfill prescription orders daily. I investigate and quickly resolve various insurance claim issues that arise within the billing process. I administer vaccines to patients according to protocol and safety guidelines, as well as successfully upsell vaccines to customers, increasing pharmacy revenue and promoting public health. I also maintain pharmacy inventory by recording the shipments and organizing products in the appropriate areas.
