   Wind River Development Fund (WRDF) is a certified Native Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs, advancing economic development, and fostering financial resilience across the Wind River Indian Reservation.As Director of the Project Management Office, I lead the creation of organizational infrastructure and systems that strengthen WRDF’s capacity to deliver impactful economic and tourism initiatives.
