Startup Leadership Program (SLP) is a highly selective, global, world-class training program and lifelong global network for outstanding founders, leaders, and innovators who want to become startup CEOs. The program began in Boston in 2006 and has grown to 19 cities in 10 countries. SLP Fellows (participants) have founded more than 1,900 successful startups and have collectively raised more than $700M in funding.I contributed as co-program lead for the 2020/21 cohort and participated as a programme fellow in the 2019/20 cohort.

As the Founder and COO of Artscapy, my journey has been driven by a passion for alternative assets, with a particular focus on art as an investment asset and store of wealth. Steering Artscapy\'s strategy, I take pride in overseeing our company\'s goal setting, financial modeling, and cash flow analysis, while managing commercial operations and team organisation. Besides this involvement, I am active in the startup ecosystem, both as a mentor and speaker, which reflects my dedication to nurturing entrepreneurial talent.With a rich background as a financial analyst and quantitative researcher at Moody\'s and the European Central Bank, I bring a blend of analytical rigour and strategic insight. This unique perspective has been instrumental in leading investments in various tech startups as an investment manager, as well as gaining invaluable insights into the startup-investor dynamic.My commitment to the startup world extends beyond running my own venture. I actively support fellow founders, leveraging my experiences as both a founder and an investor to provide targeted, practical advice.
