ABOUT EMILIA DARWIN

I’m an operational leader who helps organisations translate strategy into execution. Over the past 12+ years I’ve built and scaled operational systems, teams and processes across technology-driven companies, often in fast-growing or complex environments. Currently I serve as Director, Regional Operations (Central Europe) at Ticketmaster, where I lead a 60+ person organisation across five markets. My work focused on strengthening operational foundations: harmonising processes, enabling cross-market collaboration and building systems that allow teams to scale effectively.Earlier in my career I held leadership roles at Wayfair and Berlin-based technology companies, working across supply chain strategy, logistics operations, business operations and organisational transformation.Across these roles I have consistently focused on three things- building scalable operational systems- unlocking organisational capability- leading teams through changeI’m particularly interested in environments where strong operational leadership is critical to unlocking the potential of technology teams, including companies working at the frontier of AI and emerging technologies.Areas I work on- Building scalable operational systems- Organisational design, calibration and leadership structures- Cross-functional execution- Process optimisation and operational transformation- Scaling operations across multiple marketsI’m always happy to exchange perspectives with founders, operators and investors building the next generation of technology companies.
