Senior Learning Manager Engagement and Participation @Natural History Museum

Leadership of the delivery of the Museum’s Learning programming across all audiences, delivered by a high performing, motivated and reflective team of museum educators (explainer and volunteers). Fronted the introduction of a family festival model, improving and increasing on site engagement. Oversaw the logistical planning and launch of virtual schools workshops in response to the pandemic. Strategic leadership of a new community engagement programme and approach, working to better serve and support underrepresented audiences. Senior manager to the learning volunteering programme, innovating ways to open access for more people. Analysing the uptake of activities such as the Museum’s Spirit Collection Tour and developing business models for increasing engagement including generating more income.
