Main Job Responsibilities: • Define Learning & Development programs, in line with company strategy, to enable cultural and business transformation • Design learning solutions, according to internal needs, with engaging and targeted methodologies (e-learning, workout, microlearning, coaching 1to1, mentoring, role play, webinar)• Define DE & I strategic plan to reinforce inclusive culture, according to needs analysis• Ensure execution of programs and initiatives described above, monitoring and analysing overall results through KPI and metrics to measure impact and effectiveness• Guarantee proper usage of resources coming from interprofessional funds to finance investments in training, coordinating the entire process (planning, program design, submission of the application, delivery and reporting)• Control budgets and costs
