As the Chief People Officer at Players Health, I lead the HR strategy and culture for a fast-growing sports insurtech company that is on a mission to make sports safer and more accessible for everyone. I oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, management, development, and retention, as well as employee benefits, compensation, and compliance. I also leverage my skills in social networking to promote our brand and values to potential and existing employees, partners, and customers. Previously, I was the Director of People and Culture, and before that, I supported the Youth and Recreational Sports Division at NBC Sports Next, a leading provider of sports software solutions. I have a master\'s degree in communication and a bachelor\'s degree in studio art, and I enjoy combining my creativity and analytical skills to design and implement innovative and effective HR programs and initiatives.
