PK/PD scientist with twenty-nine years of industrial experience in both early discovery and late-stage development Currently focusing on model-based drug discovery: using physiologically-based PK/PD modeling, quantitative system pharmacology, machine learning and other mathematical modeling techniques to solve project questions and enhance scientific productivity. Passionate about teaching: Designed and taught a series of interactive workshops since 2012 that promote the use of kinetic thinking and mathematical modeling to aid decision making during drug discovery and development. The workshops emphasize practical drug discovery problems solving and are offered to medicinal and computational chemists, biologists, toxicologists and DMPK scientists several times each year.
