ABOUT EMIL R. LJESNJANIN

I am a results-driven entrepreneur with a proven track record in technology, real estate, and sports innovation. As the founder of Tixbase, I lead a global team committed to transforming the ticketing industry through secure, transparent, and blockchain-based infrastructure. Our platform addresses longstanding challenges in the ticketing ecosystem—such as fraud, lack of traceability, and limited secondary market control—while enabling new monetization models for partners across sports, entertainment, and live events. Prior to founding Tixbase, I established and scaled A to Z Group, a project management firm specializing in real estate development. Under my leadership, the company grew from a two-person operation to a team of over 100 employees, generating $8 million in annual recurring revenue. My background also includes entrepreneurial ventures in biometric payments and interactive media technologies. I bring a multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving, combining technical insight with business strategy and operational execution. A former professional athlete and lifelong supporter of community-driven initiatives, I remain actively involved in projects that bridge sports and philanthropy. Notably, I played a role in revitalizing Grbavica Stadium in Sarajevo and was instrumental in founding NYCFC’s first supporter community.
