I built the platform together with my partner from an initial concept into a fully deployed car-listing marketplace used across Georgia. I designed the overall architecture, implemented the defined features end-to-end, and developed the full stack using modern technologies. This included building the listing system, advanced search, user accounts, payments, chat, admin tools, and a scalable backend capable of handling real traffic.I also drove product direction, shaped the user experience, and handled deployments, optimisation, and maintenance. Working in a small two-person founding team meant owning everything from engineering decisions to product roadmap, rapid iteration, and solving real problems under pressure.This experience strengthened my technical leadership, product vision, and execution skills, while giving me hands-on insight into building and launching a marketplace from zero, operating in a fast pace environment, and turning an idea into a functional and growing platform.
