Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To- Leading the mechanical design of the Project (world scale battery active materials plant) and acting as Northvolt representative in Mechanical Engineering towards the engineering contractor and other Stakeholders, internal and external- Providing technical guidance and assurance to engineering contractor delivering the detailed design of the project. Ensuring delivery to agreed quality standards, schedule and cost- Reviewing and providing input to project technical documentation such as Basis of Deisgn, Technical Specifications, Equipment Duty Specifications, Datasheets, P & ID\'s- Gathering and assessing internal technical requirements and develop standards and guidelines, for the Project and the wider Northvolt group- Evaluating change proposals from own discipline, from cost, schedule, constructibility and HSE perspective- Attending design reviews.
