   Through 7.5 years at Stitch Fix, I\'ve been able to leverage my skills and experience with styling, client experience, and people leadership to grow within the company by holding many different roles and positions. I am currently responsible for directly leading a team of 35+ remote Stylists in delivering a personalized Fix experience and supporting business initiatives. Through individualized coaching and support and a strong understanding of metrics and data, my team consistently meets and exceeds company KPIs and continuously supports business goals. My biggest focus in this role is to seek feedback from my team and uncover the roadblocks they face day to day and strategically find new ways to help them work more effectively and efficiently by simplifying their processes. It has led to an openness to innovation, thought sharing, and more supportive change management while also allowing me to support my peers and region in constantly evolving our work through our learnings.Additional responsibilities include cross-regional and cross-functional partnerships focused on finding new ways to support our Clients, our employees, and the Stitch Fix organization. These partnerships have included the following- Creating new positions within the organization and finding/testing new ways to grow these roles and responsibilities- Presenting at our very first Merchandising Summit, representing the Styling Organization and sharing examples of how our teams can evolve the ways we work together- Partnering with leaders across the organization to support our Spanish-speaking Clients by using data analysis and feedback to better the onboarding and Fix experience- Working with peers to test new ideas and the Client-Stylist relationship- Supporting the onboarding of new leaders through peer partnership
