ABOUT EMI HOSOTSUJI
Emi is a steward working at the intersection of community, innovation, justice and futures thinking. She is a a multi-skilled professional who is an excellent leader, facilitator, trainer, innovator and project manager. She is a natural systems thinker, and strategist, who considers organisational goals and challenges to determine successful pathways for improvement. She\'s worked in the public sector, non-profit sector, and social-entrepreneurship in various roles including- as a Manager of an Innovation department for our provincial elections, contributing to more efficient processes, vision 2030 and participant research - as a network coordinator and grassroots community organizer supporting youth leaders - as a group facilitator, educator, designer & coordinator for dozens of conferences, gatherings & workshops (virtual & in-person)- as a consultant and advocate on social justice, equity, inclusion and organizational development to funders, local representatives and other stakeholders She has a passion for healing and transformation on an individual and systemic level to change our world.
