About Emily Hinton

After graduating summa cum laude in 2015 with a B.S. in Graphic Design from Syracuse University\'s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and a minor in Education, my career took a turn when I worked for the Walt Disney Company and fell in love with the world of hospitality. Now, my roots have been planted deep within the industry, with an array of leadership roles in Hotel Sales, Hotel Operations, and now Human Resources. Gathering from my strengths and previous experiences, I have developed myself as a forward-thinking entrepreneur of the hospitality industry. I inspire my team to seek quality in each detail, operating off core values in order to drive for results. Inspiration is derived from a sense of community and engagement - when the team thrives, the business thrives. As a People Experience Manager and solo HR Manager for a 400+ employee company, I wear many hats, which is part of what I love about my job. I am excited to keep evolving in the industry that fuels my passion every day.
