Principal Marine Consultant with experience in marine Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), marine consenting, Development Consent Orders (DCOs), and permitting across a wide range of offshore and coastal projects. My project experience includes subsea cables, port and harbour redevelopments, coastal defence structures, dredging activities, and nuclear developments. I have been involved across the full project lifecycle from early feasibility and planning through to securing complex consents such as DCOs and obtaining all required marine permissions.I bring a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and environmental risk management, helping clients to successfully navigate challenging consenting pathways for nationally significant and strategically important marine infrastructure.
