About Emery Molnar
I am currently working on the California Tower, a $3.7 billion replacement hospital tower for UC Davis Health Sacramento Campus. This is a progressive design-build HCAi/OSHPD Collaborative Review project, finishing in 2030. The project consists of a tower with 14 levels that serve 332 beds with additional make ready projects. I am overseeing the financial management and project controls in the Business Operations Manager Role. My team is responsible for financial management and reporting, process development and process improvement, cash flow projections, document control, change management, internal and external audit reporting.
