I am currently the new Director of IT Services. This is a new position that will better enable the support of the entire Corporation as it grows in that 7X24X365 manner which is necessary in the Production Industry. This new position is still a part of the KapStone IT organization but will eventually expand to support much more. This position will allow the IT (and non-IT) Services provided to expand and further increase the efficiency of all Demand Side IT (and non-IT) services.Specialties: Managing multiple 7X24 production support teams. Interfacing with third party IT vendors. Outsourcing IT processes. Interfacing with Business Unit Management. Prioritization across multiple service delivery towers. Pulp and Paper manufacturing. Packaging manufacturing, Mergers. Aquisitions. IT Migration. Development of the IT Services organization (seperate from the IT Supply Side Support Organization).
