I took my duties at Latécoère to manage a multifunctional team to cover new product introduction of doors systems. As NPI program manager interact with the customer, and all project stakeholder (internal and external suppliers) to ensure a timely and on quality delivery of the products under development. I\'m accountable for the program financial performance and report directly to the company steering commitee.Greatest challenges in this position lays in keeping the timing and financial performance while coping with changes and uncertainties along the development path.
