ABOUT DON GREGORI

Don Gregori is the Chief Operating Officer of First Factory, a multinational software solutions provider based in New York with nearshore operations in Costa Rica. During his tenure, First Factory has earned a spot on the Inc. list of America\'s fastest-growing private companies for five consecutive years, been recognized as an Inc. Magazine Power Partner twice, achieved carbon neutrality, and maintained a lifetime Employee Net Promoter Score of 70, placing it in the top 10% of companies globally.A certified AI Business Leader, Don has worked with hundreds of businesses across industries, advising on AI strategy, product development, and operational efficiency. Before joining First Factory, he spent nearly two decades with a global education leader, where he guided a large-scale transition from physical facilities to hybrid and online learning models, and led thousands of employees to remote work years before the rest of the world had to catch up.Don is a contributing author to The AI Journal and the author of The Emergent Leader, a business management and leadership book releasing June 16, 2026. When he\'s not immersed in the growth of companies and the people within them, he can be found hiking, traveling, and chasing creative outlets.
