When the 8-year-old Emelie was standing in front of the classroom giving a presentation about \"What I want to be when I grow up,\" Talent Acquisition Recruiter was not my answer. But I think all the signs were there even at a young age. My mom still tells the story about when she was called into a parent-teacher meeting after my 1st week in kindergarten. My teacher was very concerned that I was talking too much in class and distracting the other students. When my parents got home, they asked why I was being disruptive. In my innocence, I simply responded,\"Because I don\'t know everyone yet.\" That\'s right- a recruiter was in the making! Fast forward to present, I am a talent acquisition professional with 10 years of recruiting experience. To put it simply, I am a Career Matchmaker. I uncover a candidate\'s skills, purpose, and experience, and bring to light career opportunities that match everyone\'s long-term goals. I love that I serve two clients: candidates and hiring managers.    Led the global rollout of Microsoft’s first Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model, partnering with project leads across EMEA and Asia to drive seamless implementation- Designed and executed a comprehensive communication and change management strategy, aligning regional leads, suppliers, and GTA delivery teams to meet critical milestones- Oversaw post-launch stabilization, providing hypercare support and monitoring operations to ensure smooth integration and sustained performance- Developed and delivered targeted refresher training for hiring teams, equipping GTA leaders with clear guidance on internal redeployment and ensuring compliance with organizational policies- Served as Lead Program Manager for Microsoft’s CoreAI team, building streamlined processes and scalable reporting tools to improve operational efficiency across recruiting workflows.
