ABOUT EMEKA SAMUEL NWAIGWE

An erudite Legal Practitioner admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2014 and qualified to practice Law in Nigeria. Emeka holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the prestigious University of Benin, Nigeria, a Barrister-at-Law Degree (BL) from the Nigerian Law School and a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) in Secured Credit Transactions, Energy Resources Law, Maritime Law and Employment and Labour Relations from the prestigious University of Lagos, Nigeria. He also holds a Proficiency Certificate in Management from the Nigerian Institute of Management. Emeka is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators of Nigeria and a Member the Business Recovery & Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria. He is presently pursuing a second Master of Laws degree in International Corporate Law, Commercial Law and Trade at the reputable University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Illinois, USA. He has a wide spread of knowledge in litigation and advising clients with respect to areas of Corporate-Commercial Law practice, Business Recovery and Insolvency, Secured Credit Transactions, Energy and Infrastructure, Maritime, Regulatory Compliance, Real Estate, Employment and Labour Relations, Data Privacy, Tax Advisory, Alternative Dispute Resolution, General Civil and Criminal litigation as well as emerging practice areas. He is a goal-oriented Attorney dedicated to delivering value through proactive and innovative approach in a manner that exceeds expectations and produces positive results.
