Multidisciplinary FM StrategistI’m a seasoned dynamic multiple trained professional Geopolitical Analyst and Facilities Management (FM) and Operations Manager with over a decade of leadership at Servest Group overseeing complex operations across three countries managing facilities in notable critical infrastructure, high scale retail outlets, ultra modern office blocks and sensitive bank locations bolstered by certifications in Project Management, advanced training in CAFM, IOSH, and COSHH, alongside dual master’s degrees in International Conflicts, War and Strategic Studies, plus a bachelor’s in Economics. My unique blend of operational excellence, certified expertise, and geopolitical insight drives innovative solutions in high-stakes environments.At Mitie and Sodexo, I collaborate in soft FM operations, optimizing workflows and stakeholder synergy for peak performance. At Servest, I spearheaded transformative projects, including implementing ultra-modern security access control systems in 9 locations across three countries, enhancing security and commercial viability. This is complemented by extensive stakeholder management and analysing dwell time data of more than users weekly across our locations in the entire West Africa subregion.
