Helped design a two-year automation plan for the QA team involving refining QA process to account for automation, created automation strategies, defined branching strategies, designed automation framework from the scratch and analyzed automation test cases. Automated smoke and regression test cases using Test Complete tool to setup in a page object model design pattern using python programming language. Setup a new framework using the dotnet MAQS selenium library and page object design pattern with Csharp programming language thereby allowing the manual testers to focus their effort on areas of high risk. Involved in writing scripts to test Rest APIs and database. Trained the manual testers on how to run and debug the scripts. Involved in all agile scrum ceremonies and train my team on agile frameworks for delivering software product. Presented end of sprint QA automation report to the team and stakeholders on the value of automation. Led a team (Manual and automation QA) of onshore and offshore on a successful MVP release of an enterprise project. Share metrics with management on the value of QA (Manual and automation) to the product delivery. Succeeded in showing manual testers the value of automation and helped drive their interest in learning automation.
