Responsible for overall direction and execution of assigned projects, Manage assigned personnel, equipment, and subcontractors, Ensure work performance is planned and coordinated according to schedule, with strict adherence to quality and budget considerations, Assist sales force in preparation of estimates and procedures in planning of projects, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, Maintain project work site in a safe and environmentally sound condition per DOT, EPA, & OSHA requirements, Act as Veolia IS main contact with the customer for resolution of operational issues and to help with additional services. Initiate corrective action for any unsafe or environmentally unsound conditions, Ensure that all customer and company policies and procedures are adhered to during the completion of assigned projects, Conduct walk downs for all jobs being performed onsite, Participate in feedback and post job evaluation portions of all assigned projects.
