Oversee and manage all functions within studio to meet all operational goals. • Manage all steps from pre-production to post-production functions while optimizing efficiency and maintaining high quality standards for owned and retailer imagery. • Coordinate and communicate model selection, styling direction and account imagery assets with brand and sales account teams. • Oversee coordination in obtaining samples from merchandising and design teams. • Manage budgets within studio and internal brand photo shoots. • Manage and oversee new GIS (Global Image Storage) system ensuring all on time imagery with accurate retouching and spec requirements are met. • Manage an 7 member team; including 2 photographers, 2 production members, 3 post-production members. • Shoot an average of 2200 styles per season (Seasons = Spring/Summer and Fall/Holiday).
