ABOUT EASTON M. BIDDULPH

Easton Biddulph serves as Director of Employer Engagement for BYU-Pathway Worldwide, where he focuses on building and strengthening employer partnerships that expand meaningful pathways from education to employment.Easton previously served in Human Resources at BYU-Pathway, partnering with leaders across the organization on talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development. His background in HR provides a strategic perspective on workforce systems and the alignment between talent, education, and mission.As an alumnus of the Church Educational System (CES) community, Easton was first introduced to Pathway through a part-time mentoring opportunity supporting students around the world as they pursued their educational and career goals. What began as a way to give back became a deeply meaningful experience helping students connect learning to opportunity, and it continues to shape his approach to employer engagement and partnership building.Easton is passionate about helping students connect their education to meaningful employment and believes that thoughtful collaboration—both internally and externally—is key to long-term impact. He and his wife have worked together to support several small-business efforts over the years, including her leadership of a women’s wellness business and other entrepreneurial ventures alongside extended family. Together they are raising three children and enjoy the balance of family life, work, and church service.He’s always looking to collaborate across teams to expand opportunities for students and strengthen employer partnerships.
