PMO Program manage funded R&D projects executed by SEMI member companies & universities working with a matrixed set of technical professionals o Schedule and manage project reviews o Ensure project requirements are met and maintain auditable check lists and documentation o Manage invoice and payment of contracts • Provide the SEMI principal point of contact for the US Government o Fulfill reporting requirements o Manage financial transfers o Maintain SEMI’s status in the government SAM/CAGE systems o Proposal and annual plan submissions • Coordinate and manage activities across multiple industry committees to drive initiatives o Plan and organize meetings o Document and distribute minutes o Manage action items o Communicate status and updates • Provide regular updates for the CTO and VP of Technology Communities as well as other SEMI staff • Customer relations o Serve as first contact customer liaison o Maintain customer relations and membership status o Manage connected@semi, the members-only web-based portal • Technical marketing role o < 10% travel o Create and operate showcases and exhibits to market the advances resultant of the public-private consortia initiatives Government Funded Research and Development Consortia • Membership Manager: key contact for consortia members, responsible for new member introduction and existing member yearly renewal cycle • Online Presence Manager: Create and manage consortia website sitemaps, collaborate with marketing for website UI, upload and maintain content for enhanced member experience • Online Community Manager: Create and manage 6 private online communities for over 300 consortia member to collaborate. • RFP process optimization and management for efficient evaluation and flow through to kick off. • Management of project reporting including team training. SEMI lead with US GOV reporting: • Proficient with Single audits, Uniform Guidance, and Grants.gov • Primary account holder for SAM and PIEE/WAWF
