About Emanuel Perez
I\'m Emanuel, and I like to experiment and play. I\'m a proud jack of all trades that has built a startup, washed dishes, onboarded f500 customers, and sold sneakers. Majority of my time nowadays is spent in the innovation & entrepreneurship space helping non-profits put plans into action.Currently I serve as the Head of Mentorship for Innovation Portal\'s Unlock Alabama. We\'re working on changing the narrative for young folks in Alabama by equipping them with resources they need in their builder journey. It\'s my responsibility to create engaging curriculum, help them learn how to build step by step with AI tools, and connect them with mentors who set high standards and high support.I run a creative lab called Explay which runs super similar to an agency. We help people get from 0 to 1 on their own ideas, film unique stories, and from time to time craft unforgettable experiences such as workshops, hackathons, and online events.
