Emanuele is an experienced corporate executive, former management consultant and strategic advisor with a strong track record in leading strategy development, digital transformation and organization design projects (60+) for listed corporations, state-owned companies and medium-large enterprises, across several industries and geographies. He has spent most of his career working for global management consulting organizations such as Bain & Company, Accenture Strategy, and Arthur D. Little, serving clients across diverse industries including oil & gas, engineering & construction, industrial goods & services, public sector & government, transportation. During his time as a management consultant he has gained a broad international exposure working over multiple assignments across 15+ countries including: Italy, Sweden, France, Belgium, Kazakhstan, Angola, Peru, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Canada, India. His career in technology takes a leap forward in 2019 after joining Oracle, the leading global full stackTechnology vendor, where he supported digital transformation projects and strategic sales engagements across major industry accounts by leveraging knowledge of industry, business and IT specific challenges and latest technology trends (particularly cloud computing, big data, AI andMachine Learning).A major focus area of his job revolved around the impacts of digital technologies on workforce, workplace and organizations. He is Contract Professor at the Master in Digital Transformation for Corporate and Business Strategy -Major in Digital Innovation Management at Luiss Business School, where he teaches Technology Landscape & Major Trends.He is also member of the Corporate Advisory Board and Resident Faculty member of the International MBA and Executive MBA programs at the Rome Business School where he teaches “Future of Work and Digital HR Strategy”.Emanuele has co-authored published articles and books with Springer, Emerald and the European Journal Of Innovation Management. He also writes for Il Sole 24 Ore, Italy’s most distinguished financial newspaper, on the future of work, technology, HR, and organization. He speaks four languages.
