Focused on end-to-end supply chain efficiency, I transitioned from operational finished goods (FG) availability management to more strategic Material Planning initiatives. Managed daily inventory levels and supply flows, ensuring optimal product availabilityImpact / Results- Orchestrated a raw material stock optimization project that successfully generated a one-off cash release of 800k CHF- Led a project to automate logic for finished goods availability dates in a Make-to-Stock (MTS) environment, increasing operational speed- Facilitating the shift toward a demand-driven environment, improving the company’s ability to respond to market volatility without inflating stock levels.

I work in Supply Chain with a strong focus on process transformation, inventory optimization and measurable business impact.My professional journey began in Lean Manufacturing, where I gained experience as an Analyst, building a structured approach to continuous improvement, waste reduction, and data-driven decision making. This experience was linked to my studies at Politecnico di Milano, MSc in Management Engineering, 110/110 cum laude.I then spent 4 years in the automotive industry as a Project Leader, managing cross-functional initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments, further strengthening my leadership and change management skills.Today, I operate as a Material Planner and I am actively involved in Supply Chain Transformation initiatives based on DDMRP principles. I am a Demand Driven Planner Professional (DDPP) and apply the methodology pragmatically, as a lever to improve service levels, reduce inventory, and free up cash.I am also pursuing the APICS Certified in Transformation for Supply Chain (CTSC) certification, expected this year, to deepen my expertise in end-to-end supply chain transformations.I operate at the intersection of processes, data and change management, translating operational complexity into sustainable and value-driven solutions.My goal is to grow into Operational Excellence or Supply Chain Transformation roles, contributing to the design of more resilient, efficient, and business-oriented supply chains.
