Professor in Economics, Anglia Ruskin University and Senior Fellow in Economics, at Hughes Hall, the oldest Postgraduate College of the University of Cambridge. Vice- Rapporteur, International Telecommunication Union, Development Sector, Study Group 1.I was Associate Professor in Economics University of Verona and University of Cape Town. Worked for 7 years at the University of Cambridge, concluding as a Senior Research Associate at the Faculty of Economics and 8 years at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”.
