Genuinely passionate about HR, I had been working on Talent Acquisition for 8 years in an international and matrix-based company. Over the years, I have successfully sought out candidates with a wide range of skills, including- Financial Services: Functional Analysts for the Banking, Insurance, and Capital Market industries- Supply Chain & Operations: Industry 4.0, Digital Supply Chain, Digital Procurement- Sales & Marketing: CRM, Customer Experience, Customer Journey- Analytics: Data Visualization and Data Science. In addition to my core responsibilities, I enjoyed getting involved in various activities that satisfy my curiosity for new things.
