ABOUT EMANUELA COSSU

Extensive experience in the Design, Construction and Supervision of the Civil Engineering works.Knowledge of the NEC suite of Contracts together with a good understanding of a variety of Contractual arrangements. Knowledge and appreciation of Health and Safety regulations.During the past year I have acquired the skills of Progress reporting and tracking of milestones/project plan compliance. Performance analysis and risk identification. Detailed project planning using various project planning tools such as MS Project. Coordination of multiple work streams across a large and diverse programme. Stakeholder engagement. Reporting for Customer Surveys.I have developed the ability of Report writing, preparing Bills of Quantities, together with General & Financial management. I have experience in audits, continuous improvement initiatives and visual management.From my Academic studies I acquired the ability to apply a wide range of theories in a practical manner to a wide range of construction industry challenges and situations. I am customer focused in my approach to Schemes, whilst appreciating the need to deliver Profits.I have the ability to critically appraise and interpret the importance of trends and developments in the construction industry of a particular Country. I am also able to critically appraise continuing developments in Research & Development and in the published literature of project and enterprise management.I have worked extensively in both the private and public environment. Projects size has varied from to which demonstrates a huge range of experience in the UK and overseas.I am a confident, pragmatic person, flexible, adaptable to different working conditions, able to work individually and as a member of a team and highly motivated. I am able to work to tight deadlines and produce quality and accurate work.
