My role bridges technical excellence, team leadership, and client experience, ensuring seamless delivery for live, hybrid, and virtual events.Key Focus Areas: • Oversee all aspects of AV operations, including audio, video, lighting, and streaming solutions with a focus on WebEx Board functionality. • Lead and develop a team of AV technicians — fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. • Act as the primary AV liaison between facilities, IT, event production, and Cisco clients to ensure every space is event-ready and technically sound. • Manage resource planning, scheduling, and budgeting for equipment, maintenance, and event support. • Drive continuous improvement in AV workflows, documentation, and technology standards while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.This position allows me to combine my passion for technology, leadership, and customer experience while helping JLL deliver innovative, world-class event and workplace solutions.
