ABOUT EMANUEL NNACHY

I am currently studying Environmental Science at the University of Manchester, with a strong passion for the built environment, ranging from innovative methods of electricity generation and minimizing environmental impact to the sustainable design and planning of urban spaces. My interest in the energy and infrastructure sectors has been shaped by hands-on experience, including an internship at Siemens, where I gained insight into the energy landscape and explored various facets of the industry. I interned at Mace, contributing to the construction of Manchester Airport’s Terminal 2 Pier. This role has allowed me to develop key skills in cost control, project management, and effective communication within a large-scale infrastructure project. Looking ahead, I am excited to continue building on this foundation as an upcoming Sustainability Intern at Kier, where I aim to deepen my knowledge and impact in the field of sustainable construction and environmental innovation
