ABOUT EMANUEL KRALJEVIC
I am a B.Sc. Business Administration graduate from Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf with a final GPA of 1.2 (≈ 3.8 / 4.0 US scale), ranking in the top 1.5% out of 865 graduates over the past five years. After completing my degree and all examinations, I started my gap year to build a strong technical foundation for a future career in Corporate Finance and M&A.I am currently gaining hands-on experience in Audit & Assurance at Deloitte, where I work on the examination of consolidated and standalone financial statements and further deepen my analytical and financial skills. Throughout the upcoming months, I will broaden my experience through internships in Transaction Services and M&A, strengthening my understanding of financial analysis, valuation methods and the end-to-end deal lifecycle.I am passionate about analyzing business models, evaluating companies, and contributing to corporate transactions in a dynamic environment.
