   In my role as Senior Claim Consultant, I’m responsible for providing high level property and cargo claim advocacy and consulting services. I contribute to revenue growth by assisting in the implementation of insurance solutions to meet client’s needs and support the client facing professionals within the sales team. My work focuses on helping clients by providing consulting assistance throughout the claim process from loss notice/reporting the claim through claim settlement.A veteran of the insurance industry for over 33 years, I advocate for the client through early identification of coverage issues, assessment of the impact on the claim, and pursue resolution of coverage questions. Property claims are complex with many layers and I work with the client to ensure a smooth process. Possess extensive experience in property, casualty, catastrophe, and management of TPA’s to handle claims. Maintain high level relationships with insurance company personnel, vendors, and clients to assist in evaluating and measuring the nature and extent of both property damage and time element losses. My experience of insurance contract analysis and strong communication skills are used to help the client understand the process and provide guidance.Utilize our vast network of resources to determine repair vs. replacement issues, safety considerations, and documentation of time element losses and extra expense through the use of forensic accounting, to assist the client build a systematic process for the insurer and client to review, and negotiate differences in business interruption loss measures.I’m also a licensed broker for property & casualty in California, Oregon, Massachusetts and Hawaii.As your consultant, I will assist you throughout the claim process: Reporting, Counseling, Monitoring, Communicating, Recommending, Negotiating, Interpreting and Advocating for coverage on your behalf.
