Engineering taught me systems thinking and how to operate in high-stakes (literally life and death) situations. Early-stage investing taught me pattern recognition and how to make high-conviction decisions with incomplete data.    Led a multi-year strategic reset of the company\'s core data publishing platform, a system affecting 80% of customers and 70% of company revenue.Owned executive alignment (framing tradeoffs, risks, resourcing implications, etc.), cross-functional narratives, and launch of the flagship product offering for a new commercialization strategy (9% revenue increase /$XXM within 8 months). Partnered with Eng and UX to rebuild the platform foundation, making it faster to launch new products (50%), easier to integrate with partners (75% faster), and more reliable for daily users (2X engagement).
