I am an Agile Coach, Business Consultant, and Program Manager with a passion for reinvigorating organizations, teams, and leaders through agile frameworks, lean methodologies, and more effective ways-of-working. With over 15 years of experience, I have consistently driven business value and customer value by aligning strategy with execution, enhancing product delivery, and optimizing operational efficiency across industries such as consumer electronics, telecommunications, mobility, financial services, and technology.At Sammons Financial Group, I aided the advance coaching and training for the implementation of a new agile-at-scale operating model that reformed the Life business unit’s portfolio planning and product development. I also designed an agile team and value stream assessment tool that introduced a culture of continuous learning and improvement for the first time in the company’s history. Additionally, I delivered OKR workshops and SAFe® Lean Portfolio Management modules that empowered leaders to drive key results and enhance product deliveries.Previously, at Motorola Mobility, I served as Director of the Software PMO, where I managed a $2.25 million budget for 10 Scrum Masters and the Google account management team. I implemented an agile governance model that eliminated waterfall processes, improved team interactions, and drove award-winning product launches, including the Moto X, Moto G, and Moto E Android phones.I excel at integrating agile and waterfall teams to expedite product development and improve governance processes. I take pride in coaching and mentoring leadership teams, facilitating retrospectives, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure that business objectives are met with efficiency and impact.Beyond my professional work, I am deeply committed to community service. For 17 years, I had the privilege of serving as a Special Olympics Coach in Northern Illinois, and I am excited to continue this rewarding journey in Washington County, Oregon.
