Leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers and engineering service contractors for the engineering and design of all necessary plant upgrades to extend the facilities\' useful life and advance the ongoing operations in line with the applicable nuclear standards and Bruce Power/CNSB governing and licensing procedures. The CAPEX of the assigned projects ranges from $2M to $15M in total installed cost. Manage the engineering services contractors to develop the planned design packages. Review all technical deliverables and technical submittals. Provide regular updates and summary of progress for all critical projects. Identify if projects remain in scope, are on schedule/delayed, and track budget. Integrate the new engineering design processes/equipment into plant-controlled processes Define the projects in conjunction with stakeholders including end-user requirements. Identify potential project roadmaps, define mitigation solutions, and develop contingency plans
