Program included 6 direct report Project Managers with a total team size of 38- Program Risk Management for the Jubail Export Refinery Program (Program value of 9.4Bn USD) Project owner: Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemicals (SATORP)- Lead a team of international consultants for the formulation of the maintenance strategy for the Jubail Export Refinery - Program Manager for the deployment of IT Infrastructure in 500 Government Schools across Egypt, Project Owner was the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology- Directs the Professional Training Department, develops the strategies to market professional and/or specialized training courses, oversees the management of course delivery and quality proposition, establishes and manages relationships with international accreditation agencies, donor agencies, licencors, and business partners on the local and international levels, responsible for overall P&L- Founder and Chairman of Projects to the Point (P2P) Conference and Exhibition (2008 - present) Conferences focuses on Project Management (waterfall and agile) best practice, case studies, and lessons learnt dissemination by Practitioners of International recognition and standing to candidates from the MENA region. Areas of application covered are Information Technology, Telecommunications, Oil and Gas, Construction, Health Care, and Financial Institutions. This is a PMI focused event.
