As a trusted banking professionnal within the support functions, I collaborate alongside bank executive commitee members to align strategic priorities with regulatory requirements and operational realities. With 10+ years background in compliance requirements and transformative initiatives in banking industry, my track record includes direct engagement with regulators and supervisory teams in different countries. I also designed and implemented compliance structured frameworks that enhanced organizational agility and resilience. These activities includes the oversight of banking agreement and licenses and the optimized set-up of operating model from business process, to people and information systems for compliance and general secretary function. My technical knowledge covers in-depth knowledge of compliance framework and regulatory requirements, with strong abilities in strategic project management. I lead with collaborative and inclusive approach, building diverse teams rooted in loyalty and accountability. My clear communication style ensures alignment across all levels from executive leaders to regulatory bodies fostering culture of integrity and transparency. As Deputy Head of Institutional Relations, I am in charge of banking agreements and licensing including regulatory support to business development and strategy.
