With over 16 years of work experience, I am a passionate and visionary leader in the field of business & technical education. As the dean of BNM Institute of Technology, I oversee the academic and administrative affairs of the institute, and foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration among the faculty, staff, and students. I also lead the development and implementation of the institute\'s strategic vision, mission, and goals, aligned with the global and local needs of the business community and society. I am pursuing a PhD in business administration and management from Visvesvaraya Technological University, and a MS in computer science from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
