About Ema Baldauf

Graduating college during a global pandemic taught me to grow where I\'m planted. I have spent time in retail, mental health, the service industry, healthcare, and now community management. With each position I have learned more and more about what I am capable of as an employee, leader, and human. In my role at VCET I navigate ways to create connection. Whether that\'s through a small social gathering, or a quick lunch time introduction, it is my responsibility to bring the people in our space together. Since an ecosystem can\'t thrive without a strong infrastructure, I also take on the added tasks that come with operating a co-working space. I never shy away from a direct conversation, I love to plan a kick ass party, and I can absolutely lead a horse to water and make him drink. When I\'m not managing founders you can find me coaching group fitness at Align Cycling, reading a good book or taking it to the slopes on my skis.
