I’ve spent my career understanding human behavior, first in advertising, now in leadership development.I began in marketing, leading award-winning campaigns for brands like Citi, Visa, and Betterment. While I loved the strategy and creativity, what lit me up most was helping people thrive — guiding teams through challenges, mentoring rising leaders, and building cultures where people wanted to show up, be themselves, and contribute.Today, I partner with clients across various industries, from startups to Fortune 100 companies, as a coach, trainer, and thought partner.
