As Analytics Manager for Retail Platform at Tesco, my team support various Technology Product teams to surface timely insight for the product development roadmap, automate regular reporting, and democratise the data for the varied Product and Engineering colleagues.We build analytics maturity with our Product teams - at their own pace. We drive alignment of initiatives with their OKRs, defining, surfacing and visualising KPIs, monitoring and measuring upcoming releases, and delving into data to find opportunities and generate hypotheses. We translate problem statements into well-defined analytical requirements, surfacing, transforming and visualising the data required to scope and prioritise releases.My passion is for data storytelling and data literacy: to bring data to the masses, and drive data-led choices, but it\'s also key that my work complements my personal values and ethics.
