About Elyssa Monet Agustin
As a first-generation Latina growing up in Jackson Heights, I quickly learned the importance of community (it’s true what they say – it takes a village), growth (because my mom didn’t come to the States for nothing), and opportunity (the ones you create, not the ones handed to you). These three pillars have shaped both my personal and professional life, and continue to guide my career in marketing.For the past 10 years, my work has centered on fostering relationships with stakeholders, customers, and audiences to better understand what drives them; and then building campaigns that spark connection, engagement and ultimately, growth. I’ve launched music, art, and charity-led campaigns with leading beverage brands like Red Bull, Stella Artois, and Rolling Rock in New York City. In Denver, I’ve managed community programs and mission-driven initiatives with women-focused brands including Athleta, TARRA, and The Riveter. I’ve also had the chance to bring big ideas to life, driving large-scale activations with industry leading names like Diageo, Bud Light, and Smartwater.I thrive at the intersection of creativity and execution: managing community engagement, leading digital marketing programs, and building brand activations that bring people together. Extroverted by nature (and yes, an Aries!); I love meeting people, sharing ideas, and making things happen.Today, I bring this same energy as a Marketing Manager, with a focus on building community, shaping content, and crafting stories that move brands forward.
