For over a decade, I’ve supported people through moments of change - new roles, new parenthood, new directions - and built programs that make growth feel not just possible, but energizing. My work blends coaching, learning design, and systems thinking to create space for reflection and real progress.For as long as I can remember, I’ve been the person people turn to when life feels messy. Maybe that’s because I know the feeling myself - on the outside, everything looks fine, but inside there’s that quiet voice saying, “This isn’t working.” I’ve lived the juggle: a full-time career, caring for others, and trying to keep myself afloat.
