1. Commercial Marketing Manager Healthcare

   Commercial marketing spans the Healthcare branch of STERIS, which includes our offering in GI Endoscopy, Sterile Processing and the Operating Room. My initiative is to create and tell the story around our brand and the value STERIS can offer to Customers. My role is responsible for helping the business stay connected to Customers through research as well as understanding, deploying and implementing high-level positioning and key messaging across the healthcare division. Leading voice of customer research initiatives, brand engagement measurement programs and competitive intelligence analysis and reporting is a continual part of my job-helping to identify opportunities for market differentiation and storytelling.Daily, I help build and manage the development of marketing collateral to bring consistent positing and brand voice to areas like, social media, event promotion, email, presentations, printed marketing materials and digital advertisements. I utilize tools like Qualtrics, Google Campaign Builder, HubSpot, Airtable and Work Zone to complete tasks and regularly partner with internal teams like Creative Services, Tradeshow & Event Operations, Online & Digital Marketing and Internal Communications, to manage these projects to completion.At the end of the day, I believe this work helps drive our greatest initiative: Helping our Customers create a healthier and safer world by providing innovative healthcare and life science product and service solutions around the globe.
